my gosh!

tell u..it's almost impossible for me to lose weight...
i just keep eating...non stop...everything..and anything..
it's so horrible..sometimes i hate myself...
think i'm goin to be psychotic already lah...

so sianz...my back pain is back...
can hardly sit in the same position for half an hour...just feels so uncomfortable..
i think i over-exerted it yest when i was doin my overhead serves...
must be tooo long never practice..never warm up...my bad...
feel like doing yoga again..but i guess have to wait till i go back...
